leek bundling machinesProduct descriptionThis machine joins leek, celery, rhubarb or any possible vegetable quickly by placing adhesive tape around the bundle automatically. The well-considered construction, made in accordance with your wishes by our AVS-team, is very progressive. Our trumpsHigh capacityIt is possible to join up to 1500 bundles per hour. The standard large supporting table comes with 4 or 6 filling bins. Easily adjustableThe machine is operated by 3 re-adjustable frequency steerings which are connected with a PLC-steering. Because of this, the machine can be adjusted very accurately. Wear-resistantThe chassis, the covering and the drive rolls are manufactured out of stainless steel. The bin chain rotates on multilane wear out-strips. Thanks to built-in leek detection, the bin chain rotates at a low speed if there is no leek placed into the bins. The double stainless steel bin chain is also available in a nickel version. Maintenance friendlyNew option: we can provide the machine with automatic chain greasing (with adjustable grease quantity) ReliableBecause the tape heads are heated internally (which is adjustable), it is also possible to join wet products. Safe and low energy consumptionThe machine is provided with an emergency stop and fuse, and can be supplied with a protection case with plexidoors. The machine has a low energy consumption. ErgonomicThe adjustable height benefits your working comfort when you are handling this machine. Thanks to the transport wheels (with brakes) the machine can be replaced easily. Finishing touchIf the adhesive tape roll is finished, the machine stops automatically thanks to the built-in adhesive tape-alarm. The filling bins are provided with a rubber protection strip.
